One of my friends from high school, Rebekah, recently got engaged to Danny. So over Christmas break, I got together with some friends to throw an engagement party for she and Danny! It was so fun to see so many people I hadn't seen in years and catch up. I am so honored to be a bridesmaid in her wedding this July. It's going to be so fun! In the picture from left to right: Ashley, Julie, Erin, Rebekah, Elizabeth and me. We are just missing Paige in the picture who would complete the bridal party.
So, last weekend, Rebekah and Danny came up to Chapel Hill for a First Pitch event...some type of fundraiser for the baseball team (Rebekah's brother is on the UNC baseball team) where Terry Francona from the Boston Red Sox (his daughter plays softball for UNC) came to speak. Before the event, I took some pictures of Danny and Rebekah around campus. It was freezing but still fun! Thanks for giving me the practice!
