I realize...

That if I was going to write about this, I should have done it ten days ago. I was just looking through some of my pictures on my computer and came across this picture. In March, I took a weekend trup to NYC with Erin....this was the view outside our hotel window. It is hard to imagine two huge buildings standing there today after only seeing their partial ruins. I also can't imagine what this would have looked like days after the event. There is still so much work to be done, even though workers are on site 24/7. Seriously, we got back from seeing a show on Broadway at 1am, and there were still bulldozers and trucks moving debris and clearing land. This certainly is a site to see.
I just love the American flag flying above the subway terminal. God Bless America. We really need it!
